This website, kumquatfreetraining.com, is operated by Kumquat Life ("we," "us") to provide information and registration for the Ignyte 2026 event. Contact: edmund@kumquatlife.com.
When you register through our form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and phone number, along with your consent selection and the time you submitted. We also automatically collect standard usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referral source through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, which helps us measure advertising performance.
We use your information to confirm your event registration, send your ticket link, send event updates and reminders by email and text message, respond to your questions, notify our staff of new registrations, and, where you have consented, share relevant offers related to the event and our training programs. We use analytics data to understand site performance and improve our advertising.
By checking the consent box on our form, you agree to receive registration confirmations, event reminders, and offers by SMS. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of registering for the event. No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate: our website and database host, our email and SMS delivery providers, Eventbrite for ticketing, Meta for advertising measurement, and messaging automation tools. These providers process data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law. If you claim your ticket through Eventbrite, your registration there is also governed by Eventbrite's own privacy policy.
Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email. Stop texts by replying STOP. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting edmund@kumquatlife.com, and we will honor requests as required by applicable law, including California law.
We use the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and build advertising audiences. You can limit ad tracking through your browser settings and through Meta's ad preferences.
We keep registration information through the event and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up communications you've consented to, then delete or anonymize it on request.
This site is for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
